265571BR Service Assurance Expert Job Description This role will support AMS processes of monitoring , controlling and operationally administering the key strategic support contracts in alignment with the Service Operations Leads and Managers. It will also support validation of charge - outs , SOWs , Purchase Orders & Invoices for AMS and preparation of calculation scenarios for different other cases , such as savings , KPI`s etc. which will be used as input for decision making process in AMS. The role will work closely with Application Technology Managers within AMS to refine strategic definitions of critical application metrics like TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). The role is expected to drive overall harmonization of management of renewal & new Bought - in Services and License contracts for entire AMS operations. Ensure appropriate regular validation of parameters having financial impact in the strategic contracts (e.g. application parameter changes leading to updated ABP pricing) Ensure appropriate endorsement and process compliance for all Bought - in Services and License contracts & Change Requests Ensure appropriate update of key parameters like TCO and linkage of contracts to all applications within AMS support scope Compile insights on different parameters driving costs for the major contracts in order to identify opportunities for cost reduction Ensuring regular review of parameters affecting pricing of key strategic contracts & making sure all scope reduction / optimization benefits are promptly reflected in the contract through Change Requests Compliance of contract endorsement process Identification savings opportunities (> 1 MUSD per year) Definition and update of TCO for all applications within AMS Minimum requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance English: Spoken & written At least 5+ years of experience Specialized knowledge & end to end understanding of contract , budgeting , planning and tools knowledge of SAP , SRM , Ariba , Fieldglass etc. required.
