266313BRService Assurance ExpertJob DescriptionBe the automation SPOC for the function and assist Supplier in driving the automation with Technology Architecture and Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence. Govern IT operational controls for the entire function through OQM service Ensure Supplier delivers Knowledge Management as per process and agreement.- Develop the implementation of sustainable global strategy for knowledge management across all AMS functions - Setup governance model and ensure proper utilization of appropriate tools for knowledge management process. - Act as an escalation point for knowledge management process within the function - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and thus contribute to continuous improvement of the process and tools - Ensure the risks are identified and mitigated - Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley Act ) - Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service / Solution Assurance scope - Own and maintain knowledge repositories and advanced knowledge utilization tools (e.g. , ChatBot , .) - Ensure IT Operational controls are met for the entire function and escalate to Operations team as needed. - Consult Information security team to implement additional operational controls - Be the SPOC for automation for the function. - Work with Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence team (IA COE) to standardize the requirement templates for automation initiatives. - Assist Supplier in driving the automation with IA COE team - Facilitate the POC for automation initiatives as needed - Ensure Supplier is delivering the benefits as per agreement through automation. - Build and govern automation request fulfilment process (including reviewing the requirements , coordination with teams and prioritization of the initiative) and drive process improvements as needed. - Identify the automation opportunities in collaboration with Operations team and channelize for execution through Supplier.- Agreed measurable reduction in Ticket volumes through key initiatives (automation 25% and shift left 15%) - Agreed Process Adherence (90%) for Knowledge Management within AMSMinimum requirementsMinimum: University degree or relevant business experience Desirable: Master s Degree / ITIL Certification or comparable Business fluent in English (written and spoken) 10 years + of IT experienceDivisionNBS Business UnitIT NBS CountryIndia Work LocationHyderabad , AP Company / Legal EntityNov Hltcr Shared Services IndFunctional AreaInformation Technology Job TypeFull TimeEmployment TypeRegular,
