Job Description

    Service Co coordinator
    • Diploma or Graduation.
    • 2+ years of Experience in Handling Service calls related to computer hardware.
    • Familiar in understanding Computers, Printers, UPS, Network Product service issues.
    • Act as a Primary help desk contact & Providing Telephonic support.
    • Registering complaints and assigning to field Engineers, follow-up for closer and necessary documentation.
    • Familiar in sharing Updates and MIS reports timely as per project to management/End user.
    • Follow-up with internal team and end Customer for smooth functioning of assets in warranty or AMC.
    • Familiar in working MS word, Excel, Communication & writing skills.
