Job DescriptionEnterprise IT project portfolio governance framework and practice that enables an agile I- Establish, maintain and evolve enterprise IT project portfolio management framework and strategies, including value management, showing how the IT project portfolio is functioning overall, what key metrics management needs and what return IT is giving back to the business from the IT project portfolio investment - Responsible to ensure project portfolio management and value management practices are defined and maintained to maximize value and achieve appropriate balance of project portfolio investment and risk based on IT function performance via project portfolio Service Delivery and key data insights via project portfolio Reporting & Analysis - Oversee operations across enterprise working with IT Functions and COEs for core IT project portfolio management vehicles (e. g. , ITIC, annual prioritization) - Responsible for monitoring, measuring, tracking and communication of overall IT project portfolio performance - Collaborate with IT Functions to identify opportunities for project portfolio operations continuous improvement - Community of Practice lead and interface to IT Functions for IT project portfolio operations - Work with Strategy Manager and IT Finance for alignment of budgets for the project portfolio - Maintain clear documentation on IT project portfolio governance and management - Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within IT Project & Portfolio Service scopeT project investment decision making environment for IT. - Portfolio practice well functioning across Organization; - IT Project Portfolio outcomes in line with Group/ IT strategy and yearly financial targets; - Value delivered from Project Portfolio Investments; - Ability to implement and influence practices across NBS ITMinimum requirementsIT Degree with relevant experience English (Fluent) 15+ Years of IT Experience with proven understanding on Project & Portfolio Management,
