Job Description

    Level of Interviews :
    1. HR Screening 2. CRT/ Versant Round 3. Operational Round
    2. Excellent communication CEFR B2, C1, C2. - CRT Score 60% - MTI, Grammatical Error. Sentence Formation error, Low confidence.
    3. Mandatory experience on L1 Service Desk/CS-Semi tech / Blended Voice process with Email/Outlook & chat experience.
    4. Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge Admin level experience with any of the Office365 product (MS teams, Exchange, SharePoint etc.).
    5. Good knowledge and Admin level experience Active directory, Microsoft exchange- email migrations, hybrid migrations, Microsoft teams and share point admin support.
    6. Experience on Rave or DFM or Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity.
    7. Recent project/Process should be based SD assistance.
    8. Talents should be okay to relocate to Bangalore or Hyderabad
    9. Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH.
    10. 24*7 Shifts are mandatory and rotational week offs
    Good to have:
    • Prior experience with MS Related support Projects preferably Concierge or Premier Relevant Microsoft certifications
