Job Description

268300BRService Integration Expert CBSITJob DescriptionResponsible for integration of global and / or local IT infrastructure services delivered to Novartis CBS IT and partners. Drives collaboration and communication with Site Infrastructure Teams and Application Manager Communities , as required. Partners with TIS (and its service providers) , relevant stakeholders in CBS IT and ERP COE and other functions to ensure smooth service delivery and operations. Acts as the primary point of contact for local and / or global infrastructure services for assigned scope to meet service levels and understand business areas / processes and future demand for infrastructure services.To act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure services for the relevant CBS IT Function stakeholders; To become a partnering with CBS IT Function on Application Infrastructure (including lifecycle mgmt) , New Projects & Strategic Programs , Infrastructure operations , and demand mgmt alignment; To be responsible for integration of global and / or local infrastructure services delivered to IT Function(s) or ERP Centers of Excellence (CoE) or CBS IT remote sites; To drive collaboration with IT Function groups (Project Managers , Application Managers , Remote site infrastructure leads) , Infrastructure Service group (Global Service Lines , Global / Local Data Center staff) and other IT organizations (Information / Security Managers , Architects , Client Enterprise services teams) to ensure smooth service delivery and operations; To establish , enhance & maintain relationships with key IT Function stakeholders (as key trusted partner) , collaborating together with Infrastructure service teams to deliver services to business IT projects , applications and enterprise infrastructure initiatives; To support the infrastructure services span different environments (Sandbox , DEV , TEST , PROD , Disaster Recovery) and technologies (Operating systems , Private and Public Cloud , Databases , Storage , etc.); To engage early to support delivery of IT projects; meeting with project teams and ensuring infrastructure services are delivered on time as per request , supporting escalations and dealing with delays and issues , helping to set and actively manage expectations on service delivery , monitoring service adoption and satisfaction levels , and ensure handover to operations support; To align on IT function project pipeline and help to capture demand forecast (including required service , volumes and critical milestones) from projects and standard IT Function requests from IT Functions and help to provide estimates , impacts , guidelines , service notifications , news / events to IT function stakeholders; To share Infrastructure Service offering to IT Function stakeholders; gather and share IT Function Requirements with Infrastructure Service teams and enable definition and creation of new TIS Services; To support impact analysis and timely resolution of major / critical and priority infrastructure - related incidents and escalations related to CBS IT Function applications , projects , and local / global sites;Minimum requirements- Engineering graduate or Masters degree in Computer Science preferred Business fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and experience in improving processes Knowledge of Project management processes Experience leading cross functional teams and managing relationships with business customers Proven leadership , communication and management skills Experience of working with multiple third party vendors , strong customer focus 6+ years of experience in IT service operations Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex matrix organization Proven ability to understand and influence stakeholders within and across the function , building trust and driving the change agenda leveraging both the formal and the informal elements of the organization Proven ability to deal with uncertainty , adjusting course as the circumstances change , without jeopardizing the end goals and the achievement of the strategic objectivesDivisionNBS Business UnitIT NBS CountryIndia Work LocationHyderabad , AP Company / Legal EntityNov Hltcr Shared Services IndFunctional AreaInformation Technology Job TypeFull TimeEmployment TypeRegular,
