Job Description

Manage the execution of key operational processes for the applications such as: operational KPIs, SLAs, financial reporting and budgeting planning, training, and communications, etc. to ensure smooth running of the business and achievement of operational targets Implement the development of operational plans for the Function and the visibility of periodic activities for the supported business areas Partner with other functions to identify key strategic initiatives and needs to support the business Contribute to the development and evolution of the continual service improvements and drive its deployment in the Function. Proactively identify TT operating model improvement areas. Support the vendor team member(s) in day-to-day management. Support the Function s managers and associates to focus on the overall priorities for CTS TT and the Function to maximize customer satisfaction. Drive the culture and people related topics to ensure the progress towards integrity, unbossed, curios and agile organization Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.
