Job Description

Global Technology Service owns the management and oversight of Technology Vendors through a Strategic Vendor Management organisation, leveraging consistent, repeatable process utilising new technologies, tools and best practices to drive continuous improvement in Customer Experience through effective Technology Vendor Management.State Street is seeking a skilled Junior Service Now Developer at the Senior Associate level. Experienced in Service Now Development with knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Performance reporting, SLA Definitions and dashboard development with good understanding of IT to be part of a Global Service Now team.The candidate will design and develop multiple solutions based on an understanding of existing and future IT Vendor and Service Management strategies working with stakeholders globally. The candidate will investigate and apply new methods of data analysis and visualizations and will leverage industry best practices and subject matter expertise on analysis and/or visual representations based on defined external and Internal SLA Agreements.What you will be responsible forSpecifically, the candidate:

  • Maintaining Vendor Management related environment within Service Now
  • Contributes to the design and development of SLA Definitions aligned to Global Vendor Management services
  • Develops, maintains and evolves SLA Definitions and SLA Validation Dashboards
  • Implements Operational Level Dashboards aligned to IT Services and ITIL domains
  • Consults with business unit management as needed to analyze requirements and identify the optimal analytical solution to fit within existing technologies and comply with overall strategic direction;
  • Ensures clear and concise expression of design decisions to development, business teams, and senior IT management;
  • Proactively ensures minimum delays in systems deliverables;
  • Provides subject matter expertise on analysis and/or visual representations which will foster analytical insights;
  • Leverages industry best practices; shares the same with team.
Specific requirementsHands on experience of ServiceNow modules Vendor Management, ITSM, PNA, CMDB, Reporting and Dashboard Development.
  • Previous experience working with Service Now Reporting, Dashboards and PNA module
  • Experience with one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, JavaScript, AngularJS
  • Strong communication skills and customer focused
  • Experience of working within an Agile environment
  • Service Now Development
