Roles and Responsibilities1) ServicenowTechnologies (Java Scripting, XML, Apache Jelly, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.), Web services (SOAP and RESTful), and Web communication protocols. 2) Proficient with rapid development methodology (Agile/Scrum) 3) Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control release management and deployment. 4) Excellent Skill on IPC, ITBM, Chat Bot, Mobile App, Flow Designers and CSDM frame work. 5) Should have good knowledge on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Asset Management, Event Managemet, CSM, PA, Integrations 6) should have excellent knowledge on Cloud management (Azure & AWS) 7) Good understanding on Orchaestration 8) Knowledged in Operational Intelligence 9) Hands on experience on Soap/Rest Webservices with third party tools 10) Knowledge on Vulnerability management and Monitoring tools 11) Good understanding knowledge on ITSM modules 12) Should have hands on experience on end to end scripting. 13) should have worked on Agile Methodoligies, 14) Should have good understanding on ITIL standards ,
