Job Description

Job Title: Senior Software EngineerDepartment:EUS Enterprise ApplicationsLocation:HyderabadPurpose of Role:Work with Enterprise Apps Team, Business Users to develop and maintain ServiceNow applictaion in the area of ITSM , HRSD , custom app etc .Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop application using ServiceNow
  • The developer will be involved in developing and maintaining serviceNow service portal and custom application . This position need excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. JQuery, AJAX, anjular.js , react.js etc.
  • Experience with any of ITSM or HR Service Delivery implementation .
  • String with scripting
  • Support/Maintenance of Processes configured in ServiceNow tool.
  • Testing of new and existing functionality
  • Documentation of new and existing process
  • Training of end users
Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:Essential
  • About 3-6 years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow platform (Development & administration )
  • Experience developing service portal using html , css , javascript , Angular.js
  • Experience developing custom application using servicenow platform .
  • Hands on ServiceNow integration experience using Web Service, SOAP /REST, Import Sets.
  • An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.
  • Passion to work in Enterprise Applications area.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical & debugging skills.
  • Understanding of software development processes
Nice To Have :
  • ServiceNow certified Administrator/Implementation Specialist
  • Experience with ITSM , CMDB , SAM etc.
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Experience with .Net/Sharepoint is a great plus
  • Adherence to agile development methods like SCRUM
