Job Description

    Job Title: Application Designer Cloud Migration & ImplementationAs an Application Designer specializing in Cloud Migration and Implementation, you will play a key role in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs, primarily using ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and creating solutions to address those needs.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions utilizing ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) as the primary tool.
    • Assist in defining technical and functional requirements, and design applications to meet business and application objectives.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering design, development, and testing phases of applications.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
    • Must-Have Skills:
      • Proven experience with ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
    • Good-to-Have Skills:
      • Experience in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
      • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and the ServiceNow platform.
      • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
      • Skilled in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Additional Information:
    • The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
    • A strong educational background in computer science or a related field is preferred.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven history of delivering impactful solutions.
    • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
