Accountabilities: ServiceNow Testing owner o Gather, document and manage the development delivery of both automated and manual test patterns o Design and oversee testing plan for multiple ServiceNow modules o Consult with IT and business stakeholders to enhance test patterns and best practices o Partner with business stakeholders to manage list of requests and prioritize enhancements o Consultative approach to build and design solutions in conjunction with other business analysts Years of Experience: 2+ years leading testing programs 3+ years developing testing patterns Mandatory Technical Skills: Maintain dashboard of testing results Identify operational and application requirements for new initiatives Derives business value for metrics reporting Works with Global Process Owners to prioritize work Creates user stories and represents with Agile product owner and SCRUM development team Liaison between customer and development team and coordinates all testing tasks including writing test scripts and product validation Manages open initiatives and keeps status up to date Uses Azure DevOps to manage AgileSCRUM work Mandatory Non-Technical Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills and uses these to work seamlessly with customer and technical teams Skilled problem solver with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions Self-motivated and self-managing Ability to analyze requests and derive quality requirements Demonstrate accountability, independent initiatives and willingness to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time-zones Ability to adapt to a changing environment Familiarity with software development preferred Experience with Agile methodologies ITIL knowledge is a plus Competencies Required:
