Required Skills and ExperienceBachelors degree in computer science or related discipline.Must have at least 6+ years of experience working with SharePoint and O365.Hands-on experience on MS SharePointOnline - SPFx, ReactJS, Angular, MS Flows,Power Automate, Lists, Document Libraries, Webparts, PowerApps, Infopath, GraphAPI, .Net Framework, C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.Knowledge on Azure, Windows and Web-related technologies and techniques, butnot limited to the above-mentioned technologies.Experience with Agile, Sprint, and Scrum software development methodologiesExperience with large-scale SharePoint implementations. Collaborate crossfunctionally to resolve complex and basic SharePoint issues.General Description:Collaborate with teams to configure tools for monitoring and use them to pro-activelyresolve issues.Work closely with IT sub teams including Database Administrators, Service Desk,Developers, and Architecture.Excellent communication skills to coordinate with onsite/offshore developmentresources.Experience developing SharePoint SPFX Solutions, O365 Flows and PowerApps.Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effectiveSharePoint and .NETsolutions.Analyze and translate highly complex business requirements into extensible,scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications, and assist in writing functionaldocuments and technical specifications.Design, develop and modify existing software applications and database to supportvarious internal and external windows/web-based systems.Convert business requirements into technical solutions using appropriate andapplicable Microsoft SharePoint application development technologies.Confer with different business groups including loan servicing, treasury management,finance, retail and other operations departments to gather user requirements anddocument the process for future maintenance and upgrades.Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gatherand document business and functional objectives.Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint architecture, governance,standards, and processes.Customer facing experience designing and building solutions from businessrequirements.Deep technical skills and capable of serving as a subject matter expert acrossvarious 365 technologies not just SharePoint.Deliver outstanding writing and documentation and in-depth knowledge of howtechnical decisions impact client requirements.Monitor and identify gaps in current processes and devise corrective measures toachieve quality assurance and software database security.
