Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with proficiency in online measurement and operations. Experience independently leading, communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams. Experience with accounts, deliverables and KPIs. Preferred qualifications: Experience creating and sharing best practice solutions to inculcate a culture of learning and having impact at scale. Proficiency at using shopping related tools in the Shopping Tool kit to drive Shopping activation. Understanding of the features and benefits of Shopping Products. Understanding of industry metrics and KPIs. Strategic thinker with the ability to provide thought leadership and effectively lead discussions. The Global Campaign Services team (gCS) works with Retailers and Brands in the UKI market, providing them with product and data-driven expertise to empower them to meet their advertising goals. As a Shopping Specialist, you will own the Shopping campaign optimization for key clients in UKI. You will need to drive Excellence in campaign setup and structuring, as well as making the right product/ bid recommendations for the top Shopping spenders to drive performance. You will drive business growth for your customers through the identification of relevant account opportunities. This includes optimization of complex solutions that support our clients in measuring the success of these campaigns. You will also act as an advisor and consultant that works across functions within gTech. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. Were uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Googles broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities Manage a book of business as a Search Specialist, working across sales with in-country teams (e. g. , plan, pitch, implement and optimize) . Dive into the client s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic search strategy. Drive performance for clients and their investment in Google. Develop and apply knowledge of market and industry in solutions offered and an understanding of products and tools. Build new processes and solutions to simplify complex product optimizations and workflow.
