    Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.Understand the customers needs and preferences to offer tailored product recommendations.Provide in-depth knowledge of luxury home dcor products, materials, and design trends.Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
    1. Sales and Upselling:
    Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.Present product features and benefits in a compelling manner.Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximize sales opportunities.
    1. Product Presentation:
    Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained and visually appealing, aligning with luxury standards.Arrange and display products attractively to highlight their aesthetic and functional value.Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for seasonal or promotional displays.
    1. Expertise in Design and Style:
    Provide guidance on home styling, color coordination, and space planning to customers.Stay updated on luxury interior design trends and emerging home dcor innovations.Offer consultation services to customers seeking personalized design solutions.
    1. Administrative Duties:
    Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.Process payments and ensure smooth transactions.Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery and installation of products.
    1. Customer Follow-Up:
    Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Inform customers about new collections, exclusive promotions, or events.
    1. Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with other sales associates and managers to achieve collective goals.Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
    1. Brand Representation:
