Job Description

    Responsibilities
      • Manage construction:Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including leveling the site, setting out boundaries, and ensuring work is done to specifications
    • Ensure quality:Check that materials and work meet quality standards and regulations
    • Monitor progress:Keep track of project progress, identify issues, and report on any changes
    • Coordinate with others:Work with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure the project is completed on time
    • Provide technical advice:Act as the main technical expert for the project, providing advice to subcontractors and craftspeople
    • Maintain records:Keep detailed records of construction activities, budgets, materials, and changes to plans
    • Liaise with authorities:Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
