Job Description

  • Responsible for heading the site with P&L responsiblity.
  • Lead product engineering teams to translate the product strategy into an actionable and executable plan for profitable results.
  • Lead a team of smart engineers by setting clear and effective goals and expectations as a key part of managing performance to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of architecture fundamentals
  • Expertise in GDD model - multi-site global delivery
  • Worked on a single product/portfolio.
  • Understand legacy challenges of a product & work roadmap
  • Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of products
  • Understand metrics for the above
  • Understand build and deploy over cloud, microservices architecture
  • Working experience of Java / .NET
  • Focus on quality, scope, productivity, budget and timeline
  • Strong leadership, coaching, team building and people development skills
  • Managed a large team.
