Job Description

    Dear CandidatesGreetings of the day!!Job Title : Site Reliability EngineerLocation : HyderabadExperience : 5 8 YearsAzure/AWS SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)We are currently seeking an experienced Azure/AWS SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure or AWS cloud platforms, possess excellent troubleshooting and automation skills, and be well-versed in maintaining the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud services. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime for our cloud infrastructure.Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of Azure/AWS cloud services.
    • Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure data and service availability in the event of a failure or outage.
    • Utilize PowerShell scripting and Windows Services infrastructure to automate day-to-day activities and streamline operational processes.
    • Implement alerts and automated responses using Geneva automation or similar tools.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in writing Kusto/SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
    • Have a good understanding of services different from regular DevOps practices, focusing on livesite services and the criticality of maintaining high service availability.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5-8 years of hands-on experience as an SRE or in a similar role, specifically working with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and load balancers.
    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and working with Windows Services infrastructure.
    • Experience implementing and managing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
    • Familiarity with Geneva automation or similar tools for creating and managing alerts.
    • Excellent skills in writing and optimizing Kusto/SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
    • Solid understanding of DevOps principles, with a focus on service reliability and availability.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
