Job Description

    The SMT Manufacturing Supervisor will supervise the operators and report daily on the status of production, identifying current and future capacity requirementsReview technical issues and ascertain proactive long-term solutions, while conducting problem solving exercise to improve key metricsAs the SMT Manufacturing Supervisor you will monitor surface mount technology equipments performance and contribute to improvement initiativesAllocate appropriate resources based on the demand and forecast, to ensure the most efficient manufacturingSuggest ideas of improvement in order to drive a continuous improvement culture and champion best practice techniquesSet daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employeesOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedulesOversee and coach employeesEnsure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenanceCheck production output according to specificationsSubmit reports on performance and progressIdentify issues in efficiency and suggest improvementsTrain new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow proceduresEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standardsSkills & ExperienceContinual Improvement Process, Supervision, Taking Initiative,
