Job Description

Hiring SME English for Edify education Head office Kompally Hyderabad:

  1. The SME will develop content for English by using appropriate teaching and learning strategies for learners of different ages of their primary schooling.
  2. The ideal candidate will have in depth subject related knowledge and understanding of concepts and skills in English Language && Literature. Knowledge of pedagogy and willingness to learn and unlearn is an essential quality. Prior experience in developing educational content or teaching English Language && Literature will be an added advantage.
  3. The SME will have to collaborate with other subject matter experts to create integrated content, and should thus have excellent collaboration and communication skills. The ability to manage time well and meet timelines is also essential.
  4. The curriculum requires the SME to think critically, creatively and conceptually about the subject content being developed to make the content simple,effective, meaningful and engaging for diverse learners.
  5. The SME should ensure conceptual flow and progression in the content developed.
  6. The SME will have to also work with designers from time to time to guide the designing of the content related to English. A keen eye for detail would be ideal.
  7. The ideal candidate will be passionate about English Language && Literature and will be keen about innovative approaches to teaching and learning English for young learners.
