Job Description1. Design cost-effective fibre optic infrastructure for Backhaul network, Fronthaul and ODN networks. 2. To produce detailed industry-standard documentation of the design (HLD, LLD and As-built), Permit and Traffic Control Plans. 3. Forecast CAPEX and OPEX requirements of designed infrastructure projects and proactively plan a network which best suits the customer requirements. 4. To help Develop, Implement and Build capability on Fibre network design technologies (FTTx, FTTH, FTTB, FTTC and GPON Etc.).Understanding the SDH, PDH, Ethernet networks and different equipments 5. Drive consistency, quality, suitability and cost-effectiveness in the design delivery which should meet client specific SLAs and KPIs. 6. Leads day to day oversight of production and quality assurance related to assigned design projects. 7. Deals with internal escalations and ensures resolution and closure on time. 8. Develops, tracks, and maintains production and quality metrics for each project. 9. Engages with team members to ensure that weekly objectives and goals are being met. 10. Conducts frequent touch points with team to gauge and assess performance in key deliverables. 11. Completes status updates on various projects and ensures tracking on time. 12. Produces reports on quality assurance and projects for internal and client governance. 13. Troubleshoots both internal and Client issues, resolves them in a timely manner. 14. Proposes, documents, maintains and implements continual process improvements which leads benefits to client . 15. Ensures that monthly targets set are tracking/trending on schedule. 16. Completes performance reviews for team members on quarterly basis and provides on-going coaching on performance and building capability. 17.
