Social Media Designer WHO ARE WE AND WHY ARE WE HERE We are folks who come from very diverse professional backgrounds, and what brought us together is our common belief that the development of skills and right attitudes should be a very important part of our education system, in a world where knowledge is readily available. Our programs built on pillars of Design Thinking for education, 21st Century Skills, STEAM Education and Experiential Learning ensure that our schools students indeed become empathic to the real world problems and solve for them innovatively. WHO ARE WE We are Social Media Designers who want to work with a start- up, interact with a creative, enthusiastic and energetic team, and contribute to creating awareness about the importance of the right kind of learning. We want you to get to know us, understand what we do, learn with us, grow with us, and help us make our products better. Your expedition with us will involve: Conceptualising branding and marketing ideas and designs for our program Creating marketing collateral out of our students work (videos, posters, banners, and so on) Conceptualise and deliver designs for merchandising Build a creative, dynamic, consistent, and interesting social media voice Create a specific look and feel for a page Manage and maintain the Creyas social media platforms WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR JOINING US Any one of you can apply: Interested in entering the education field and learn how design and marketing works here Experienced people who want to gain a fresh and fun experience of working in the education field A Bachelors or Masters Degree (Show us that you have what it takes to do this job) There are, however, some non- negotiable criteria you have to fulfil: A design portfolio we want to see examples of any and all of your previous work Familiarity with the following tools, at the minimum: Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro Wherever you come from, you need to show us that you have the skills that we require.
