Job Description

    Job Title: Social Trainer PartnerOverview:The Social Training Partner is a key advocate and enforcer of the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) within government, non-government, and corporate sectors. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including government and non-government departments, to ensure the proper implementation of POSH Act guidelines. The Trainer Partner is responsible for recruiting freelance trainers for POSH Train The Trainer programs across Pan India and managing a team of trainers to deliver POSH Act training programs nationwide.Key Responsibilities:
    • POSH Act Implementation: Collaborate closely with government and non-government sectors/departments to ensure the effective application of the POSH Act. Work in tandem with a team of freelance trainers to promote awareness and compliance.
    • Training Programs: With the support of local government agencies, schedule and conduct a minimum number of training programs on the POSH Act for different government, corporate, and organized sectors, free of cost.
    • Recruitment and Management: Recruit freelance trainers from across Pan India (Database will be given by NGO) for POSH Train The Trainer programs and effectively manage a team of trainers responsible for providing POSH Act training throughout India.
    • Community Engagement: Design, plan, and execute various social and donation activities aimed at benefiting women in the specified area, either independently or in collaboration with volunteers and teams.
    • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, support, and management oversight to employers, managers, and teams in matters related to the POSH Act, ensuring compliance with yearly services.
    Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Training and development, Social Work, Media, Corporate Sales, Sales, or Business Development, with a minimum of 4 years of team handling experience.
    • Any Graduate/Post Graduate with fluency in Hindi, English, and the local language(s).
    • Strong ability to interact with clients, including senior-level contacts within government and corporate sectors.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
    • A high level of professionalism, including a strong team orientation, approachability, and courtesy.
