Collaboration, intellectual curiosity, fun, openness, and diversity are core values that we cherish.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop web applications in a J2EE Environment using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, REST, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.- Implement backend APIs following RESTful principles and Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.- Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues to ensure seamless integration with frontend systems, databases, and third-party services.- Participate in code reviews to contribute to the improvement of the backend codebase.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to drive development efforts.- Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple streams of activity to meet commitments in a fast-paced work environment.- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and attention to detail in system development, along with the ability to prototype with existing and new technologies quickly.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience/training.- 8 to 12 years of experience in Java building web applications in a J2EE Environment.- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, REST, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and Azure or any Cloud Experience.- Experience with Git, Kafka, Ecommerce, design patterns, and microservice patterns.- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business groups and IT partners effectively.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes in technical decision-making.- Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and multi-task with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.- Experience in application development, testing, implementation, and documentation of web-based applications using Java.- Knowledge in building, debugging, and maintaining mission-critical enterprise applications.Please note: This is just a summary of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.
