Job Description

Designation: Software Development ManagerSalary: best in industry ( 50 to 60 lacs )Experience Required: 10 - 16 yearsLocation: Current - HyderabadPreferred - HyderabadRequirement:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
  • Experience with scaling and performance of large scale business-critical systems
  • Experience in building platform as a service solutions
  • Experience with container technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with machine learning technologies
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience managing high performing software development team, building processes, project management, and release schedules
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Computer Science algorithm design, problem-solving and complexity analysis
  • Substantive hands-on experience building innovative, complex software
  • Operational support and passion, with experience in establishing, measuring and meeting service level agreements, improving the availability, performance, and quality of systems
