Job Description

    Provide Support, training /consulting to customers and regional teams on 3D Design tools . Follow the process of updating CRM system and building knowledge base. Based on need work in a team to execute small to medium term services projects involving Customization of Hexagon PPM design tools. Engage with development/ product management teams to advocate for customer requirements Certify the fixes in product before releasing to customer.BE MechanicalWe are looking for a Support Analyst with experience in Plant Design Industry and usage/ implementation CAD design tools. Support Analyst will provide Smart3D product support Excellent communication skills(both oral and written in English) is required Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Good hands on experience in SP3D, Outputs customization in SP3D, Reference Data creation in SP3D. Understanding of Design workflows in Plant/Offshore industry. Prior experience of supporting, implementing or certifying computer. aided plant design or engineering software is strongly preferred,
