Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer 2 IT (I6), HyderabadDell IT Overview:Dell creates technology solutions for a changing world. Our expertise includes integrating hardware, processes, methodologies and software into the customer environment.About Business Unit:Configuration services (CS) wing provides custom services to enterprise customers as a premium services. The objective is to provide the systems at client s disposal ready out of the box. Dell is a market leader in this segment and uses cutting edge technologies and sophisticated processes to achieve this objective. The IT team of configuration services provides IT backbone to business team and works as a valued partner.Key Responsibilities:

  • Software design and development in agile methodology
  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents software according to Dell s systems standards, policies and procedures
  • Working with business and POs for requirement clarification and architects for technical architecture
  • Working with other stakeholders (ex: SE, DBA, QE, Network teams, interlock teams)
  • Independently plan and prioritize own tasks and help other junior colleagues
  • Work effectively with teams of different cultures and origins
Essential Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in IT
  • Hands on working experience in .Net, C#, MVC, JQuery, HTML5, Angular and SQL Server
  • Exceptional accountability and ownership
  • Good communication skills
  • Keen interest in continuous learning and helping other people grow
  • Strong logical and troubleshooting ability
  • Highly focused on business deliverables and ability to think with long term focus
  • Willingness to adopt to new technologies during the life of applications
Desirable Requirements:
  • Working knowledge in CSR and CSF applications is greatly desirable
  • Domain experience in GCS would be an added advantage
