Job Description

  • Develop advanced fully automated continuous integration and delivery(CI/CD) infrastructure to manage the OCTEON TX product development and release cycle.
  • Integrate various DevOps practices, concepts and procedures in the CI/CD development to optimize software release cycle.
  • Work closely with release, testing and development teams to understand the QA, automation and CI/CD requirement.
  • Participate in CI/CD framework design and management of Jenkins and CI/CD resources and tools.
  • Work on market, customer driven activities and assist in implementing efficient continuous integration/delivery procedures.
Requirement:
  • 2 years of related experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) development and automation.
  • Good hands on experience in developing advantage continuous integration and continuous delivery framework.
  • Experience and knowledge in Jenkins administration and CI/CD pipeline using scripted and declarative groovy scripts.
  • Good hands on developing the automation framework in Linux Operating Systems using python, perl and shell.
  • Knowledge on latest DevOps concepts and procedures and experience in various tools like Jenkins, docker, git and Gerrit.
  • Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and modules like expect, ssh, telnet, python pandas, html and GUI. Experience in any of open source test automation framework is added advantage (ex: Unittest, Pytest, Robot, etc).
  • Knowledge and experience with QA procedures and software release cycle.
  • Fast learner and must have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced various CI/CD activities.
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/ in CS, E&C, EEE from the reputed institution.,
