Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.This position is required to fill the Java/Genesys Suite technologies Developer who is part of Agile/Scrum team and has deliverable planned and would impact the delivery and releases which are planned and there by impact the business.Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience5-8 years of experience in software development in analysis, design, development, deployment and testing with wide range of technical experience in architecture definition and implementation of various Enterprise and voice-based systemsBasic, structured, standard approach to workStrong understanding of Contact Center technologies with specialized in Genesys Suite technologies including Framework, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), Genesys Composer, Rules (GRAT) and GAXKnowledge in Genesys ORS routing, OrchestrationExperience with Speech Recognition technologyExperience with CI/CD continuous integration/continuous delivery tools like Jenkins Pipeline, GitHub etc.Knowledge of application monitoring software and tools such as SplunkKnowledge of build automation tools like ANT, Maven etc.Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, technical and communication skills, Good analytical and debugging skillsPreferred Qualification:Experience with Nuance,
