Neustar enables trusted connections between companies and people at the moments that matter the most, with world-class and industry leading solutions in Marketing, Risk, Communications, Security and Registry services.Job Duties (Summary)Build, optimize and automate data pipelines built on big data, SQL, No SQL Data pipelines, architectures and data setsBuild processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload managementDrive solutions architecture, systems and interface design, data analysis, scenario and use case analysisPerform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvementAuthoring advanced SQL and working with a variety of relational SQL and NoSQL databases.Qualifications/EducationExperience working in big data platforms for implementing projects with high SLA of data availability and data quality, with public cloud technologies ( GCP/AWS)10 years of IT experience and 5 years of experience in a Data Engineering roleExperience with big data tools like Spark, HDFS, Hive, Impala, Scala, Kudu, Kafka, Python programmingExperience with Amazon or Google Cloud data technologies is needed - Redshift/Bigquery/Cloud SQL etc.Have exposure to one or more Business Intelligent (BI), data analytics, data preparation and/or data visualization toolsExperience in provisioning RESTful API s to enable real-time data consumption from various sources including JSON and XMLSubstantial exposure to enterprise infrastructure, data processing, enterprise software applicationsWorking experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Gerrit, JenkinsGood knowledge of agile practices and deliveriesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAt Neustar, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees whose individual skills, curiosity and passion for their work, contribute to the overall success of our business.
