Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the SIFT and SA Backend applications and services using C#/VB.NET, JavaScript, WinForms and SQL
  • Provide systems operations and user support during Asia/Australia business hours
  • Collaborate, share, learn, and adapt as part of a highly collaborative team
  • Design, develop, and maintain real-time services for a global client base
  • Troubleshoot, remediate, and optimize services for real-time workflows
  • Continuously integrate and deliver new code for a highly iterative release cycle
  • Work closely with product developers, engineers, and system stakeholders in an iterative process

Required Skills:

  • Comfort with object-oriented programming in C#/VB.NET/JavaScript and SQL query development
  • Ability to work independently and produce reliable code
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
  • Comfort working in a real-time, 24/7 production environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in design discussions and peer code reviews
  • Ability to work flexibly in a highly agile environment with daily stand-ups and SCRUM methodology
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Technical Skills :

  • 3-4 years of software development experience
  • Experience with C#/VB.NET, JavaScript, WinForms and SQL Server
  • Experience in Python, Node/Vue.js a plus
  • Experience in writing and consuming APIs and web services a plus
  • Experience with .Net Core a plus
  • Experience with ElasticSearch a plus
  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure) a plus
  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
