Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure team and organization standards are followed and theteam is consistently focused on continuous improvements and sustained delivery.- Participate in Release and Iteration Planning meetings with the team and other key stakeholders.- Employ simple design and pragmatic implementation techniques to drive business value.- Work with architects, vendors and other units in the organization to develop product and services roadmap.- Review work of team members to ensure high-quality solutions.- Be open and actively seeking learning opportunities and come up with creative solutions to solve technology issues.Qualifications- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet Content Manager development, customization andadministration- Experience in IBM Content Navigator customizations, IBM Case Manager is preferred- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: Java, J2EE- Spring Implementation skills with the Core Spring Framework including experience with Spring MVC.- Experience working with an SCM tool like Subversion or Git.- Maven Strong experience working with Maven as a build tool including a firm understanding of Maven standards andcommon practices.- Database Implementation skills with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA or MyBatis. Must be proficient in SQLpreferably across multiple databases.- Operating Systems Basic knowledge of Unix platform and commands- Content Management Experience of developing for Content Management platforms is a plus- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets- Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovativeculture- Experience integrating API s into web products- Knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment.- Excellent communication skills- Cloud experience a plus,
