Job Description

As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advancebusinesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design,analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and newproducts. You ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what sbeing developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agileframeworks-is key. And best of all, you ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our globalteam of technologists from all over the world.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Masters degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology a plus.
The technical requirements of this role are as follows:-
  • At least 6 - 9 years software development experience required preferably in Agile.
  • At Least 6 - 9 years analysis and Design using OO design methodologies - RUP, UML.
  • Must have experience /knowledge of Agile, CI/CD.
  • Web Development: ADO.Net, WCF, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 3 or above, , Kendo UI & other client side libraries.
  • Database Development: SQL Server 2008, DTS, Stored Procedures, Views, Optimization.
  • Messaging Transfer Protocols: IBM MQ Series, FTP, Secure FTP.
  • Version Control/Build Technology: GIT/Stash, SVN.
  • Testing: NUnit, Moq, Mercury Quality Center.
Good to have:
  • Basic understanding of Web Services (REST and/or SOAP) WCF is preferred (WSE 3.0 minimum). Microservices.
  • AngularJS, NodeJS, .NET Core, Kafka/MQ, Cassandra, Selenium(Gherkins) , BlazeMeter, Autosys, Pentaho is a huge plus.
  • IIS 7.0 understanding from Application Pools, Web Site configuration, best practices, optimization, performance considerations, etc.
  • Knowledge of Financial and Banking applications is desired but not required.
