About the internship:Utpatti - The Finishing School is a hands-on fellowship designed to bridge the gap between academics and industry through real-world business experience. Instead of working on practice projects, you will contribute to live products while receiving structured mentorship and direct guidance from our CEO.As a Software Engineering Fellow, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions while working on live products across multiple companies. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build scalable applications and gain end-to-end software development experience.High-performing fellows may receive a full-time offer with an expected CTC of 3-4 LPA, subject to performance and business requirements.Training & Responsibilities:First 3 Months - Foundational TrainingDuring the first three months, fellows will undergo structured, hands-on training to build a strong foundation in software engineering. After Successful Completion of Training - Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop new features for production applications.2. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.3. Fix bugs and improve application performance.4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.5. Build and integrate APIs and databases.6. Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.7. Test, deploy, and maintain applications.8. Research and implement new technologies.9. Candidates must be based in Hyderabad.2. Candidates who are currently pursuing college must be available to attend the office during the second half of the day on their designated weekday.3. Students must be available to work from the office on Saturdays, as attendance is mandatory.4. Graduates must be available to work from the office from Tuesday to Saturday.5. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.6.
