Job Description

  • 8+ years of experience in Contact Center Technology with hands-on experience on high-complexity Genesys environment.
  • Should be an expert in Composer SCXML call flow development and ECMA Script.
  • Should be an expert in Genesys Rules and should have worked GRDT and GRAT tools.
  • Should have very good understanding of ORS and SIP Clustering.
  • Should have designed and deployed very large Genesys environment with integration to downstream and up stream applications.
  • Should have very familiar with Unix and Linux based systems.
  • Good understanding of SQL Queries and Stored Procedure.
  • Should be able to effectively communicate with Business Product Owners and should able to convert Functional requirement into Technical Requirements.
  • Should be able to act as an SME for a team of Composer Developer. Should be familiar with Hammer and other Performance testing tools. Must have terrific analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands on experience with Java, Javascript, J2EE, REST and SOAP Web service Development and familiarity with Genesys Java Platform SDKs.
  • Experience working in Kanban/Scrum teams and using JIRA (Preferred)
  • Experience working on Genesys Administrator, GAX, Pulse and the ability to create, modify, and maintain templates (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to decipher technical requirements from business requirements and convert into design.
  • Experience in documenting clearly and concisely designs, call flows, run books, playbooks, estimates for work
  • Experience in infrastructure automation using one of IaaC, Containers, Scripting or Cloud (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Dockers and Kubernetes (preferred)
