Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand Software Architecture
  • Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
  • Solve complex problems through design and programming skills
  • Assist clients in achieving strategic objectives through technology solution implementation
  • Setup and configuration of AEM development environments
  • Setup and configuration of AEM Author and Publish instances and ensure all code works in both environments
  • Setup and configuration of dispatcher or proxy to run in front of AEM
  • Translate business requirements into technical details relevant to AEM
  • Ensure quality of code is high for themselves and other team members
  • Design reusable AEM components for authoring content
  • Understand the existing system and code-base
  • Development of new enhancements and Fixing any of existing defects
  • Coordinate with team and Onsite connect
  • Regular participation in scrum calls
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  • Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
  • Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions using AEM and technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 7-10 years of experience in Java and related technologies (Hibernate, Spring) development experience
  • Experience in Software Design, with applied knowledge of Key design principles
  • Experience in automating all the aspects of Engineering
  • Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, including time and space complexity, optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in health care industry
  • Exposure to Database, Application Build and Deployment
  • Advanced AEM (administration, Site Minder Integration, clustering), HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, Spring Framework and design patterns
