We are looking for a QA Engineer to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. Will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches during release cycles.Responsibilities Review and analyze system Requirements. Collaborate with other QA Engineers to develop effective test plans. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Identify bugs, analyze RCA provided by Dev Engineers and document them. Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing phases. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation Test Escape Analysis and identify the gaps. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements 1-2 Years is preferred. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Testing. Experience in QA methodology. Familiarity with Agile framework. Working knowledge of Test Management software (e.g. Jira, HP Quality Center, Zephyr or Test Rail). Excellent communication skills. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge on basic SQL Queries to retrieve data and validate the results. Good to have knowledge on basic Java or any automation tool. Basic knowledge on Unix/ Linux.
