Primary team objectives include reviewing, defining, and validating the experiences that our customers have while interacting with our products, and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle from definition through product retirement.You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team with a strong focus on improving the user experience for our Adrenalin and Enterprise driver releases. We are looking for someone who is passionate about software quality and problem solving, and has a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. You will be working with a group of debug engineers and engaging very closely with the Radeon Vanguard community to identify, prioritize, reproduce, analyze and debug driver defects, including community concerns, driving them to resolution. You will be working with new GPU hardware and software features helping to ensure that the end user experience is nothing short of exceptional.THE PERSON:A successful candidate will hold extensive PC gaming knowledge or extensive knowledge in 3D content creation and Professional Graphics or CAD applications. Interest and participation within gaming communities is a big plus. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of PC and graphics hardware. Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong problem-solving skills are also required of the candidate.
