Must have of 8 plus years of experience in IT industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in architecting, designing and implementing systems using variety of web technologiesExperience in building internet & enterprise scale web & mobile web applications driven by selection of appropriate technologies leading to responsive & scalable applicationsExperience in building tools/ frameworks/ solution accelerators around web technologies supporting increased productivity, efficiency and quick bootstrapping of projectsGood experience in Video on Demand Portal process and flows with design. Participates proactively in the non- functional requirements sessions and ensures to fit those requirements into current web application architectureProvides sustainable and innovative technical solutions with appropriate strategic inputPerforms product evaluations when needed to align with company Technical standardsDevelops product roadmaps, makes recommendations based on company strategy and business needsMaintains excellent working relationships with business partners, external partners and offshore teamsAnalyzes the technology and industry trends while developing technical solutions and new product recommendationsDevelops solution design blueprint documents and business cases to describe business challenges, costs, risks and solution approachesTechnical guidance to the proposed solution should be provided to the project teams as neededReview existing architecture, solutions and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements with appropriate documentationSupports technologies such as SharePoint, Oracle Knowledge, Kentico CMS, SalesForce.com, iOS apps etc.Required Candidate profileBroad knowledge of web application software s and portals across all technologiesKnowledge of Web and Mobile development technologiesBachelors degree in Computer Science or related disciplineMust have full lifecycle project experience in business social software solution implementations like JiveAt least 6 or more years of experience in developing, implementing, managing and supporting large scale information systemsAt least 3 years of experience in designing the architecture of enterprise level web applicationsAt least 2 years of experience in developing or deploying enterprise level mobile applicationsProven experience in defining technical solutions and architecture roadmapsExperience in planning and executing large scale projects from the research stage through implementationExcellent communications skills, ability to communicate to business stake holders by without using technology terminologiesGood experience in managing enterprise social media application,
