261820BRSolution Design Expert Advanced IntegrationJob DescriptionManage the design of system solutions in alignment with design and architectural standards , while meeting quality , performance , security and business requirements. This role is responsible to perform the necessary leadership , facilitation , analysis , design and Integration Architect tasks related to the development of a Solution Architect in different domains. This role is also a contributor of improved platform and standards lifecycle management leading to reduced cycle times , improved application portfolio rationalization and ultimately a better operating cost structure for IT. Guides Functional Design Architects , participating and collaborating to key project visioning meetings where significant API Management , Data Virtualization & Advanced Integration technology decisions or design is required This role will also be doing the Application Management & Platform Management role for API Gateway and Data Virtualization platformEnsure that system designs adhere to solution architecture design (i.e. high level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non - functional requirements in projects / enhancements Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development , execution and operations of solutions Ensure system design standards are defined to improve and sustain standardization of solutions Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook Support scoping , fit - gap workshops for projects / enhancements , propose solutions for key gaps , provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams Ensure that project / enhancements work is delivered to agreed time , cost and quality constraints following the release calendars Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed , formally documented and signed off by business Defining the technology standards , best practices and guidelines in the respective technology domain Follow standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scope Adhere Novartis GxP processes to maintain the respective platforms during development & deployment Deriving evaluation or PoC of the new releases and leading the upgrade of platform to support new capabilities or keeping secure from vulnerabilities Managing external vendor for development and operation & support of the platform Leading / driving the performing issue with different stakeholders till the root cause analysis and fixes are done Proactively performing platform sizing for its regular growth and supporting future business needsMinimum requirementsFirst Degree in Bachelor / Master of Computer Science Business fluent in English (written and spoken) 8+ years of relevant professional IT experience. Strong hands - on experience in API Management , Data Virtualization and ESB technologies as Axway API Management 7.5.x , Tibco Data Vitalization 7.x & Dell Boomi Hands - on experience on SOAP / REST Web Service development , technical platform migration and Integration Architecture definition with Cloud / SaaS / On - Premise based applications Proven ability to drive teams for highly effective delivery leveraging multi - source staffing models including internal and external partners to optimize success of overall outcomes Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships Experience of agile , design thinking and DevOps methodology is a plus Knowledge and experience of GxP , CSV and IGM standards Able to ensure integration among project team members and other Business and IT team members Fluency with English (Speaking & Writing)DivisionNBS Business UnitIT NBS CountryIndia Work LocationHyderabad , AP Company / Legal EntityNov Hltcr Shared Services IndFunctional AreaInformation Technology Job TypeFull TimeEmployment TypeRegular,
