Job Description Solution Quality; Cost efficiency; Delivery time; Customer Satisfaction; (i.e. yearly IGM assessment and (internal) audits); Output quantity (i.e. Operational excellence); Manage the creation/ provision of standardized and highly scalable IT services in a factory to achieve high quality with cost efficiency Operate as a service for the COE, ensuring high quality, consistency, efficiency and cost effectiveness Ensure the existence of required capabilities to meet the given business demand for a defined scope Ensure and validate service delivery with respect to the operational level agreements in place Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery Organize and validate external partners supporting the specific focus of the factory in order to ensure delivery to agreed constraints Identify Service Improvements and implement corrective measures in a timely manner and within budget Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Factory scope Act as provider and coordinator of technical expertise in SAP integration / development technologies like PO, API management and ABAP, S/ 4Hana, and UI5 Acts as gatekeeper that is responsible for completeness, and quality of development work delivered for deployment into Novartis ERP systems through formal review and acceptance/ rejection of this work. Conduct interviews for key development resources Align customer feedback with service providers and evaluate options to improve quality of service delivery Evaluate new technologies and provide an assessment of the impact Retain critical and key know how to be able to assess services provided by vendors and third parties Document processes and policies used within Development Factory Govern system access for development activities Project delivery on target; timely and accurate reporting. Solution Quality; Cost efficiency; Delivery time; Customer Satisfaction; Achievement of KPIs for enhancements Minimum requirements University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related disci- pline; or other degree with significant work experience in similar disciplines. English: Very good spoken and written Additional language preferred At least 5 years of management experience At least 10 years experience in business consultancy and SAP implementation in an international environment Proven experience in relevant technologies (SAP ABAP, S/ 4 Hana, UI5, PI/ PO). Additional functional, technical experience with related SAP and ERP tools and technologies is desirable.,
