Solution Factory Manager- Integration Job Description Solution Factory Manager manages the design and delivery of Integration projects for all IT functions by working with internal and external partners. This role strategizes Integration technology roadmap, cost effective delivery models and also owns the implementation of the same. Solution Factory Manager defines KPIs and conducts governance meetings with suppliers to ensure high quality delivery at optimal cost. Managing demand by working closely with other IT functions within Novartis. Influence the strategy for Integration technology and processes based on industry best practices and internal customer needs. Design and delivery of technical solutions in Integration technology landscape covering tools like Informatica, SAP BODS, Dell Boomi, RedHat MQ, GoAnywhere, IBM Sterling Integrator and Axway MFT. Collaborating with ITSMO and Procurement teams to develop cost effective contracts with external vendors. Establish and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders as well as third party software vendors. Defining KPIs and monitoring controls to ensure quality results are delivered consistently by the vendors. Budget planning, PO management, finance tracking, software license management. Ensuring that quality and compliance is always given the top priority for all deliverables. Continuously improve services by actively engaging with all stakeholders and seeking feedback. Success of projects measured by quality, cost and schedule. Factory scalability and demand fulfillment. Innovation to improve speed of delivery (E.g. developing reusable components). Effective Knowledge Management. Overall internal initiatives to drive simplification and optimization. Minimum requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT Technology or equivalent degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Overall 15- 20 years of experience and 10 years in at least any of two Integration technologies like Informatica/ SAP BODS, Dell Boomi, IBM Sterling and Axway MFT. Ability to manage delivery of multiple projects and customers. Ability to establish and lead teams with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Experience of dealing with global customers and managing global teams. Provides technical and professional advice to external and internal stakeholders. Experienced in Data and Integration architecture and IT industry standard service lifecycle management practices. Self- driven. Strong business and financial acumen.,
