• Pre-sales & solutioning support
  • Own overall technical relationship with customers and provide guidance on how to create business value with technology; educate customers about the art of the possible
  • Engage with customers/ end-users, gather requirements and convert into technical documentation
  • Participate in pre-sales process, contribute to creation of effective proposals for large, complex systems
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to understand prospect business challenges and demonstrate how Cyient can maximize their business success
• Architecture definition and PoC development
  • Define the multiple layers of solution architecture (e.g. presentation layer, business logic layer) while solving for performance, scalability, security, efficiency and cost
  • Define reusable components/ frameworks, common schemas, standards to be used, tools to be used and help bootstrap the engineering team
  • Lead team of engineers to convert architecture and design into PoC (Proof of Concept)
• IP/ accelerator development
  • Design, architect and lead development of focused IP/ accelerators relevant to the CoE
• Solution delivery
  • Identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same
  • Effort estimation and planning
  • Accountable for driving Statement of Work, Program budgets, scope, schedule outlining, P&L and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (BE/ B.Tech); Masters degree in a related field preferred (ME/ M.Tech, MS, MCA)
• 13-17 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in Architecture roles
• Experience in participating in pitches to enterprise customers as Subject Matter Expert
• Experience in driving multi-million dollar technical solutions to meet client business needs in industry verticals such as A&D, Rail, Industrials, Auto, Off Highway, Medical Devices ; managing scale delivery through optimal shoring with high client advocacy
• Experience in architecting and delivering solutions in intelligent / digital supply chain and logistics management through SAP HANA, SAP H/4 Logistics and Fiori and cloud technologies (Azure / AWS); SAP Ariba, Kinaxis
• Expertise and extensive experience with various versions of SAP logistics modules SCM APO, EAM, PM, SM/CS, PS, SD and CRM
• Background in operations research, industrial engineering, or supply chain management; experience with handling procurement and sourcing, sales order, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and master planning
• Experience in other related technologies and their implementation, such as
• Warehouse management systems (Matflo, KiSoft)
• Carrier management systems (MetaPack, Sorted)
• Latest versions of the .NET framework, standard and core (C#)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
• Expertise in creating technical documents like Architecture views, Design specifications
• Full stack engineering exposure (infra, integration, data, cloud, app), incl. UI/ UX design experience
• Expertise in Architecture consulting engagements Assessment, Blueprint, Roadmap
• Experience in Agile, DevOps methodology, CI/ CD, familiarity with leading DevOps tools
