Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Involve in all aspects of architecture, design, build, engineering and implementation of technical solutions using in any one of the technical platforms (Java, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Hadoop Stack etc.)
  • Understand the enterprise architecture roadmap and research, identify and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems
  • Provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependencies
  • Develop a mental model of the chosen solution, and document using a combination of text, diagrams and create clear, traceable solution documentation
  • Review the high level design documents, develop a comprehensive understanding of the various business domains, their application landscape, their processes and their strategic roadmap
  • Communicate overall architecture vision, technical strategies, and tradeoffs across various levels in the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of strong solution architecture experience in variety of IT positions
  • 5+ years of experience must be on solution/systems/enterprise architecture with large scale complex IT systems
  • Experience on integration tools, work and data flow, rules, and memory and API management etc.
  • Exposure to TOGAF 9.2, SAFE and exposure to in any of the EA tools like SPARX, ALFABET and ARCHIMATE
  • Expertise in micro services, cloud, solution patterns, network, compute, storage and virtualization
  • Demonstrate a strong executive presence and mentor team members in technology and the ability to interact at CXO level
  • Continuous learning and ability to keep track of the latest developments in business/technical advancements
  • High energy levels, right attitude and pleasing personality
  • Demonstrate the compassion to lead and bring value to the architecture portfolio
Preferred Qualification:
  • Exposure to health care, health care payer organization and life science domain
