Job Description

    Job Title: Commi 1 (South Indian)Location: HyderabadExperience Required: 1 to 3 yearsSalary: 18k to 23k per monthWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commi 1 specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in preparing and cooking South Indian dishes as per the restaurants recipes and standards.
    • Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene practices during food preparation.
    • Ensure kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized.
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, assisting the Head Chef and other senior chefs as required.
    • Help in preparing ingredients and mise en place for daily operations.
    • Maintain proper storage of ingredients and monitor inventory levels.
    • Ensure portion control, presentation, and quality standards are adhered to consistently.
    • Handle customer orders and special dietary requests when required.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, specializing in South Indian cuisine.
    • Basic knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
    • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
