Job Description

    Senior Data AnalystPreferred Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore or Open for any LTM LocationsYears of Experience: 6 to 8 years Requirement Definition:
    • Collaborate with PMs POs to translate product roadmaps into technical data requirements for the engineering team.
    • BigQuery SQL Skills: Query large datasets to identify user behaviour trends perform gap analysis and validate data integrity
    • Stakeholder Management Act as the data translator between nontechnical stakeholders and developers ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives.
    • Strategic Problem Solving Identify friction points in the user journey and propose data driven solutions to improve product performance.
    • Self Sufficient Execution Own the analytical lifecycle from initial discovery and requirements gathering to final documentation and post launch validation
    Qualifications Skills
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BigQuery SQL is a must.
    • You should be comfortable handling complex joins and nested fields
    • Communication Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and vice versa
    • Analytical Mindset Experience in product analytics eg funnel analysis retention modeling AB testing frameworks.
    • Independence A figure it out attitude You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward without constant oversight
    • Tools Familiarity with data visualization tools Looker preferred and project management
    Software: Jira Confluence Primary Skills:
    • SQL, BigQuery, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Requirement Translation
    • Secondary Skills: BI Tools (Power BI/Looker), Python, Product Analytics, Cloud exposure, Agile ways of working
