Do it here.What you ll be doing.You will be a key member as part of the Central Transformation, Advisory and Governance Team. Manage the Program Management office for IT Transformation initiatives establishing clear focus areas with respect to Delivery & Support functions. Enable VERIZON INDIA to play an integral part in the overall transformational efforts across many functional disciplines through consistent alignment & direction on priorities/approach towards Business, Technology & People areas.

  • Driving cross-functional collaboration at various levels within the center by driving key programs.
  • Coordinating and working with research/consultancy firms and bring in best processes from industry in managing the technology centers.
  • Building/presenting business cases for various initiative/ engagements that create impact and present them to respective stakeholders.
  • Supporting Senior Management on numerous short-term initiatives by providing business acumen and programmatic approach.
  • Implementing lean optimization programs/tools/process right from diagnosing current state to designing the future state using a comprehensive framework.
  • Driving the change across the organization/set of people.
  • Framing and implementing center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence.
  • Operationalizing and sustaining processes that emerge out of Center priorities and other initiatives.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelors degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of Consulting & Strategy management experience.
  • Three or more years of lead experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Masters degree.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills.
  • Experience with Change management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations.
  • Telecom domain/industry exposure.
