Job Description

  • The selected candidate will be part of Operations Reporting and Insights team in Synchrony Financial India.
  • The candidate will be responsible for transcribing customer survey feedback into text document.
  • Accurately document the customer s feedback based on both recorded .wav files and text messages.
  • Coders are also responsible for using different analytical tools for aligning the feedback with pre-existing VOC categories in order to ensure accurate reporting of data.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Listening to Customers Feedback and Align a category based on available code book
  • Understand requirements and create reports based on ad-hoc requests
  • Able to work with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
  • Regularly communicate with Managers/Stakeholders on Project deliverables
  • Use SAS/Python for Text analysis.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Knowledge of SAS.
  • Hands on experience in MS Excel
  • Excellent listening, communication and typing skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good understanding of Retail Finance business.
  • Able to work hours that compliment US, not necessarily match but have some degree of overlap
