Job Description

      Looking for exceptionally creative divergent thinker who can hit the nail on the head to be placed as Business Analyst for our spectacularly growing product base company. Should have atleast 2 years of product management experience in the industry as Business Analyst; preferably in a software environment
        Creation of initial scope and detailed software requirement specification documents
        Knowledge and experience in gathering functional and business requirements, functional design and working with business processes.
        In- depth knowledge of Software Development Life- cycle and concepts of software engineering.
        Preparing BRDs, FRSs, constructing flow-diagrams, scheduling numerous meetings etc.
        Good expertise over UML, Flow Charts, Process flow diagrams, wire- framing tools, office tools (Word / Excel / Power- point)
        Responsible for evaluating processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing, and implementing solutions.
        Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross- functional team members and management
        Preparing prototypes, the screen mock ups and design and develop the application architecture.
        Assisting QA Team in developing the test plan and performing user acceptance testing.
        Desired Profile:
        Candidates with formal BA certification is an added advantage
        Proven track record in Business analysis Work Experience: 2 years of experience
        Staying up- to- date on the latest process and IT advancements Preferred Skills
        Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
        Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
        Excellent documentation skills
        Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
        Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
        Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
        Key skills required: Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Data analysis, BRD, FRD, Use cases and User Stories, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Gap Analysis
