    • Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

        • Key Responsibilities : Devise and deliver technical training programs for entry level and lateral employees according to organizational requirements Deliver classroom and virtual trainings to entry level and lateral employees You will involve in creating the curriculum, develop content, presentations, hands-on scenarios, lab-guides, case-studies & assessments Should have effective Program and stake-holder management skills
        • Technical Experience : Should be a subject matter expert on JavaScript framework Train employees on JavaScript and other front end web development technologies Exposure to other JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, VUE, Flutter Familiarity with Cloud based environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) Upskill on Cloud Native and Cloud adjacent skills Passion to train and enable employees on Front End Development Technologies Passion to learn and quickly upskill self on Front End Development Technologies
        • Professional Attributes : Self-learning capabilities Good team player Demonstrated program/project management skills Ability to mentor employees in team Adaptability and Flexibility Communication & Interpersonal skills
